Terms of Participation

Cancellations of conference registrations made prior to June 9, 2012 are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made thereafter are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing. Substitutions may be made at any time. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference are liable for the entire fee. Cancellation of travel and hotel arrangements are the responsibility of the registrant. S&S Media reserves the right to refuse registrations. Due to insurance restrictions, no one under 18 will be admitted to the conference. All speakers, programs and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks of the respective companies. JAX Conf is a product of S&S Media. The organizer holds all copyrights for the content of the conference.
