Agile ALM

Agile ALM covers the entire lift cycle of a software project, including the management culture of a company. The Agile buzzwords are diverse and extensive: change management, workflow, source code management, task and requirements management, testing and bug tracking, continuous integration, and enterprise collaboration. And, there are no shortage of good solutions for those requirements, be it Scrum or development in the cloud. The Agile ALM Days will shed some light into this buzzword jungle, combining the best practices of agile methods with the tooling of the ALM en route to the ultimate goal of Agile development: writing better software and increasing the number of successful projects.

What public cloud services are available and how they do they differ (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)? How do I develop for and in the Cloud? What are cloud architectures and how are they deployed? There are countless possibilities for developing web applications. A web application is a global solution, consisting of multiple individual and standard components. At the Web Architecture Day, we will examine the various architectural elements – technologies, appoaches and issues that affect web-oriented development. That includes underlying protocols and technologies, the role of identity in a distributed environment, as well as solutions for volatile and high volume systems.
