JAX will be held at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California. Located south of San Francisco in the center of Silicon Valley, the Convention Center is a high-tech meeting complex created by the technology businesses that surround it.

Special Hotel Rates

A special hotel rate of $ 169.00 has been arranged for all JAX attendees.
Reservations received after May 27, 2011 or after the special JAX rooms are sold out (whichever comes first) will only be honored on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate of the hotel. Please note that the rate applies for both single and double occupancy. The rate is exclusive of transient occupancy tax, currently 10.0%, or other city, state or federally imposed taxes or assessments. Currently there's a 4% CCFD tax, a $ 2.00 per night TBID assessment and a $ .60 (sixty-cent) per night CTTC/PBID assessment (subject to change without notice).

Please note that the Hilton San Jose provides exclusively for JAX attendees Complimentary High Speed Internet Access and Discount Self Parking of $ 10.00 per day to overnight guests.

All hotel reservations and fees are the responsibility of the attendee. Please provide 72 hours notice when canceling your reservation to avoid deposit cancellation penalties.

TRANSPORTATION

The San Jose Convention Center is located in downtown San Jose and is easily accessible from the San Jose and San Francisco International airports. Alternative public transport is available via Amtrak, Caltrain and the Valley Transportation Authority light rail and bus.
The San Jose McEnery Convention Center and the adjacent Hilton Hotel are easily accesible from freeway 101, 280 and highway 87.
